热轧钢轨残余热应力有限元分析

Finite element analysis for the thermal residual stress of hot rolled rail

摘要 本文采用热力耦合的计算方法,计算了热轧钢轨冷却过程温度场以及残余热应力场。详细分析了钢轨横截面上的残余热应力分布规律及其产生的原因,提出了降低残余热应力的控制冷却方法。 The temperature field and thermal residual stress of hot rolled rail were calculated by means of thermal mechanically coupled method. The rules of the thermal residual stress distribution in the cross plan was analyzed, and the reason of how the residual thermal stress was produced was studied. A cooling control method is brought forward to reduce the value of the thermal residual stress.
