Claudin5在蛛网膜下腔出血早期脑损伤中的表达及其调节机制

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoidhemorrhage,SAH)是一种破坏性脑血管疾病,目前,早期脑损伤(earlybraininjury,EBI)作为SAH患者高病死率和致残率的首要原因越来越受到人们的重视,但其潜在机制却知之甚少,到目前为止仍然没有有效的治疗措施[1]。血一脑屏障(blood.brainbarrier,BBB)破坏是SAH后EBI病理生理过程中的一个重要环节,其功能障碍同样导致了脑水肿的发生和发展,而脑水肿的发生和发展又会进一步加重脑组织的缺氧缺血,从而形成恶性循环,最终造成脑组织的不可逆性损伤。
