摘要
高校辅导员集教育、管理、服务功能于一体,是开展学生思想政治工作,促进学生成长、成才的重要力量。随着"90后"的大学生步入高校学习,辅导员工作方法要适应新时期学生结构特点,在原有的工作方法及技巧上寻求更加合适的、正确的模式引导他们的学习、生活及个性发展,以更加有效地开展学生工作,促进其健康成长为社会需要的优秀的实用型人才。
College ideological and political counselors , whose ordinary work is educating, managing and serving students, play an important part in facilitating the healthy growth of students. With the entry of students born in the 1990s into colleges, more suitable working modes, basing on the existing working methods and skills, are required to be explored to build a bridge for their communications with the outside world and guide their study, life and personality development so as to educate students effectively and produce excellent and pragmatic talents for the society.
