摘要
为提高盘锦地区的艾蒿资源利用率,采用水蒸气蒸馏法,研究不同采收时期和时间对挥发油含量的影响并分析其变化规律。试验结果表明,7月上旬采收的艾蒿挥发油含量最高,为0.18%;于13∶00采收的艾蒿挥发油含量最高,为0.20%;建议盘锦地区于7月上旬晴天13∶00采收艾蒿。
In order to improve the utilization rate of Artemisia argyi resources in Panjin area, steam distillation method was adopted to study the effects of different harvest date and period on the content of volatile oil and to analyze its changing rules. The test results show that, in early July the recovery of volatile oil of Artemisia argyi was the highest, 0.18%; recovery of the volatile oil of Artemisia argyi was the highest of 0.20% when harvested at 13： 00. we suggest that mugwort be collected at 13：00 in the early sunny July in Panjin area.
