侧块钢板内固定术治疗颈椎骨折临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的对侧块钢板内固定术治疗颈椎骨折的临床疗效进行探讨分析。方法 2008年1月至2010年1月南阳医专第一附属医院治疗的颈椎骨折患者32例,对其临床资料进行分析。结果本组32例患者经手术颈椎复位情况良好。其中有25例为脊髓损伤患者,手术前,A级患者为8例,B级患者为12例,C级患者为5例,手术后,8例A级患者中,5例患者恢复至B级,3例患者无恢复现象;在12例B级患者中,8例患者恢复至E级,3例患者恢复至D级;在5例C级患者中,3例患者恢复至E级,另3例患者恢复至D级。本组所举患者无并发症。术后随访效果良好。结论侧块钢板内固定术治疗颈椎骨折疗效显著。
