摘要
目的探讨侧块钢板内固定手术方式治疗颈椎骨折的临床价值。方法我院诊治的16例颈椎骨折的患者,对其实施侧块钢板内固定手术方式,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果 16例患者都圆满完成手术,术中都没有出现血管损伤和神经系统的损伤;术后没有出现由于长期卧床引发的并发症,例如压疮和肺部感染等。术后半年复查,正位、侧位和过屈、过伸侧位颈椎X线结果表明良好骨性融合。结论侧块钢板内固定手术方式治疗颈椎骨折,操作简便,力学强度较好,适应证广,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the value of lateral mass plate fixation of surgical treatment of cervical fracture.Method 16 cases of hospital treatment of patients with cervical spine fracture,its implementation lateral mass plate fixation method,retrospectively analyzed clinical data.Results 16 patients have been successfully completed surgery,intraoperative vascular injury and did not appear nervous system damage;not occur due to prolonged bed rest after surgery-induced complications,such as pressure sores and lung infections.Review after six months,anteroposterior,lateral,and flexion,hyperextension lateral cervical spine X-ray results showed good bone fusion.Conclusion The lateral mass plate fixation of surgical treatment of cervical fracture,simple,good mechanical strength,wide indication,is worthy of extensive promotion.
