摘要
分析了地理信息系统 (GIS)技术在水电规划专业中的适用性 ,以及基于GIS的水电规划决策支持系统的优点 .对基于GIS的水电规划决策支持系统实现的技术路线和系统框架进行了设计 .较详细地给出了水电规划各个环节中应用GIS功能的方法 .基于GIS的水电规划决策支持系统在技术上是可行的 ,GIS技术的应用将使水电规划决策支持系统功能更完善 ,界面更友好 。
The strong adaptability of GIS for hydropower planning and the merits of hydropower planning DSS based on GIS are analysed. The technical way of realizing the hydropower planning DSS based on GIS and the frame of the system are designed. The way to use GIS functions for every process of hydropower planning is given in detail. The technical feasibility of hydropower planning DSS based on GIS is elicited. Because of the use of GIS, the DSS provides perfect functions, friendly user interface and abundant information.
