摘要
专门分析模型是洪灾分析评估信息系统中的关键技术问题。本文在已有工作的基础上,结合水力学原理,并以曹娥江流域为试验区,研制了洪泛区洪水演进的模型,为制定洪泛区防洪规划提供了有价值的依据,拓展了地理信息系统的分析功能。在模拟分析的基础上,介绍分析了洪水风险图这一新型专题图的概念和实质含义,并自动设计了试验区不同入流条件下的洪水风险图,为试验区的防洪抢险提供了依据。
Flood disaster,which is the result of dynamic changes of resources and environment,is able to exert a negative effect. The digital simulation of flood routing of floodplain and the method of drawing flood risk map are emphatically studied in the paper. The basic data base for flood digital simulation has been set up for testing Dike Yuan made up of Xinming Township and Zhongai Township in the Caoe River basin. The flood routing model is developed according to hydraulic principle and mathematical model on the base of the work done.The model can provide valuable basis for flood-control planning of floodpiain; furthermore,it also develops the analysis function of GIS.On the base of the simulation and analysis,the author introduces and analyzes th concept and essential impliccation of flood risk map as a new type of thematic map, and has drawn flood risk maps according to the different conditions in the testing area, which will give the testing area a basis for flood fighting and landuse planning.
