摘要
根据深圳东部供水工程箱涵混凝土的设计要求 ,采用当地原材料进行了配合比优化试验 ,提出了箱涵混凝土的推荐配合比 .试验结果表明 ,掺用 40 % 级粉煤灰取代部分水泥 ,可降低胶凝材料的水化热 。
In accordance with the design demands of slab culvert concrete for a water supply project in east Shenzhen, a series of tests on mixture proportions of the concrete were carried out by using local materials. Some optimum mixture proportions are recommended based on the test results. The results show that 40% of cement may be replaced by class Ⅰ flay ash. This replacement decrease heatreleasing rate and the total heat of cement during hydration. As a result, the temperature stress of concrete is effectively reduced. According to test results, and practical experience and local conditions of the project, some technical proposals on crack resistance of the slab culvert concrete are provided.
