摘要
通过一座桩身和土体中埋有各种观测仪器的 5× 1 0 4 m3 油罐地基试验 ,结果表明用超长水泥土搅拌桩处理 2 6m深、2 0 m厚的淤泥质粘土是可行的。直径 60 m的浮顶油罐 ,经过 50 d的边施工边充水 ,至充水 1 7.5m恒压 2 0 d后 ,环梁沉降仅 2 9mm~ 67mm,径向倾斜率仅 0 .6‰ ,大大低于钢油罐设计规范要求的 4‰。
The safety monitoring of a 50 000 m 3 oil tank foundation with many embedded prototype observation devices shows that, it is practicable to use cement deep mixing piles to improve mucky clay of 20 m in thickness and 26 m in depth. After 50 days' construction and water filling, when the height of water filling reaches 17.5 m and remains unchanged for 20 days, the settlements of the ring beam of the oil tank at the two ends of 60 m in diameter are only 29 mm to 67 mm respectirely and the inclination is 0.6‰, much smaller than 4‰ stipulated in the design specification of oil tanks.
