摘要
根据质量欠佳的单桩和多桩复合地基的静载荷试验,论述了水泥土桩承载力发挥的前提是桩身水泥土搅拌必须均匀、连续。再根据大型构筑物实体下质量很好的超长水泥土搅拌桩的桩身应力和变形观测结果得出,只要桩身中下部水泥土强度有保证,群桩中桩身轴力的有效传递深度可达25m 以上。
According to the static load tests of signle pile with poor quality and muliti pile composite foundation,the paper points out that only for well distributed and continuous cement soil the bearing capacity of pile can be fully mobilized. According to the stress and deformation observation of super long,mixing piles (27m) under prototype building,the paper proposes that the depth of load transfer can reach 25m and more if the strength of cement soil is efficient.
