摘要
指出了水资源短缺和水环境污染双重问题正日益成为制约一些国家经济社会发展的瓶颈。分析了新加坡高效的水资源管理方式。剖析了新加坡水资源管理的主要作法,并借鉴其成功经验,提出了天津市水资源管理的对策建议。
The dual problems of water shortage and pollution are increasingly becoming the constraint bottle- neck of economic and social development in some countries. However, Singapore has solved the predicament through the efficient management of water resources. This article describes the main measures of water resources management in Singapore and points out some countermeasures of water resources management in Tianjin by learning the successful experience of Singapore.
