摘要
辽宁是我国严重缺水的地区,水资源可持续开发利用对促进经济社会发展具有重要意义。通过对辽宁省水资源现状及开发利用分析,从加快经济社会发展角度出发,研究提出水资源可持续利用对策措施和政策建议,实现以水资源可持续利用保障经济社会可持续发展。
Liaoning province is a serious water shortage area in China. The sustainable utilization of water resources has great meaning in improving the social economy development. Though the analysis on the current situation and development of water resources in Liaoning province, from the perspective of social economy development, it provides the measures and policy recommendations for sustainable water resources utilization to realize the sustainable development of social economy ensured by the sustainable water resources utilization.
