摘要
指出了为了满足人们的口感和生产工艺的需要,甜味剂作为一种食品添加剂用于食品中,但是甜味剂的使用量国内国际都制定了严格的标准,综述了近年来在食品中甜味剂的检测技术中广泛应用的气相色谱法、液相色谱法、离子色谱法、气质联用法和液质联用法等几种分析检测技术。
The sweetener is used as a food additive in food in order to meet the needs of the people＇s taste and production process,but there are strict standards for use amount both at home and abroad. This article describes the detection techniques including gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, ion chromatography, GC-MS/MS and HPLC-MS/MS analysis technology of sweeteners in food samples in recent years
