摘要
以H省C学院国家示范性高职院校建设为例,通过对大学组织转型相关文献和现阶段高职院校实践探索的梳理,总结归纳出高职院校组织变革转型的四个核心要素:领导核心、组织结构和资源配置、组织学习、培养模式变革和校企合作。
Taking the construction of C demonstrational higher vocational college in H province as the example,this paper summarizes and concludes four core elements of higher vocational colleges' organizational transformation,which are core of leadership,organizational structure and resource allocation,organizational learning,training mode transformation and school-enterprise cooperation.
