摘要
在指出企业危机信息资源建设原则的基础上从认知、学习和内容模块三方面论述企业危机信息资源建设过程。具体阐述了基于信息资源载体和管理过程的危机信息资源认知;基于信息资源本体知识转化和应急反应的危机信息资源学习和由案例、方法、专家、组织和工具等组成的内容模块。
This article in pointed out the enterprise crisis information resource construction principle and dis cussed enterprise crisis information resource construction process from the way of the coguition, the study and the content module. It has elaborated based on the information resource carrier and the management process crisis information resource cognition; Based on the information resource main body knowledge transformation and the emergency response crisis information resource study and by the case, the method, the expert, the organization and the tool and so on the content module which is composed.
