摘要
目的了解广州医学院附属深圳沙井医院(以下简称"我院")清洁手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用情况,评估其用药的合理性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2011年1-12月出院的672例乳腺手术、甲状腺手术、骨折内固定取出术、精索静脉曲张高位结扎术、疝修补术手术患者病历资料进行统计分析,评价其抗菌药物应用的合理性。结果我院清洁切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防应用率达90.33%,存在无指征用药、疗程过长、用药时机不当、药物选择不当、联合用药不规范等不合理用药情况。结论我院清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在较严重的不合理现象,需引起重视,加强抗菌药物围术期使用管理,提高抗菌药物应用合理性。
Objective To investigate the preventive use of antibiotics during perioperative period in aseptic operation in Shenzhen Shajing Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University（＂our hospital＂ for short）,in order to evaluate the rationalization of antibiotics use.Methods Retrospectively study was adopted.The case records of 672 patients underwent breast operation,thyroid operation,internal fixation of fracture removal,ligation of varicocele and hernia re pair in our hospital from January to December 2011 were analyzed statistically,then the rationality of antibiotics use was evaluated.Results 90.33% of the patients with aseptic operation received antimicrobial prophylactically.The an tibiotics use without indication,prolonged use of antibiotics,improper therapy timing and antibiotics chosen,nonstan dard use in drug combination were included in the patterns of irrational preventive use of antibiotics.Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational prophylactic antimicrobials use in aseptic operation in our hospital is severe.Great impor tance should be attached by strengthening control on the management of antibiotics use,in order to improve rational use of antibiotics.
