摘要
目的研究医院药师在合理用药干预中的作用。方法 202例临床用药患者,随机分为对照组(100例)和研究组(102例)。对照组患者用药时药师未进行干预,研究组患者用药时药师全程参与合理用药干预。比较两组患者临床用药不良反应发生率、医药费用、住院总费用、住院时间。结果研究组患者临床用药不良反应发生率为2.9%,低于对照组的14.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医药费用、住院总费用低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药师在合理用药干预中的作用效果确切,可减少用药不良反应的发生,提高用药合理性,缩短住院时间,减轻医药费用负担和住院负担,值得推广。
Objective To research effect by pharmacists in rational drug use intervention. Methods Atotal of 202 patients in clinical medication were randomly divided into control group （100 cases） and research group （102 cases）. The control group received no intervention by pharmacists during medication, and the research group received whole course intervention by pharmacists during medication. Comparison was made on incidence of adverse drug reactions, medication cost, hospitalization cost, and hospital stay time between the two groups. Results The research group had lower incidence of adverse drug reactions as 2.9% than 14.0% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The research group had lower medication cost, hospitalization cost, and shorter hospital stay time than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intervention by pharmacists shows precise effect in of rational drug use, and it can reduce occurrence of adverse drug reactions, improve rationality of drug use, shorten hospital stay time, and reduce medication cost and hospitalization cost. This method is worth promoting.
