摘要
目的探讨临床中采取高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定蒙药四味土木香散中氧化苦参碱含量的准确性和临床意义。方法将选取的蒙药四味土木香散标本采取HPLC法测定其氧化苦参碱的含量。色谱柱:Shim-pack CLC-ODS色谱柱(6.0 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇-高氯酸钠(750∶250∶20);流速:1.0 mL/min;波长:215 nm;温度:室温。结果通过检测分析,氧化苦参碱在0.2～1.6μg的范围内和峰面积的线性关系良好,而且平均加样回收率达到了99.6%,RSD=0.5%。结论临床中对于测定蒙药四味土木香散中氧化苦参碱含量采取HPLC法具有较好的应用效果,而且这种方法操作简单,准确性高,值得在临床中推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the accuracy and clinical significance of using HPLC method for the determina tion of oxymatrine content in Mongolian Medicine Four-Flavor Elecampane Powder.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the oxymatrine content in Mongolian Medicine Four-Flavor Elecampane Powder.Chromatographic col umn： Shim-pack CLC-ODS chromatographic column（6.0 mm×150 mm,5 μm）;mobile phase： 0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol-sodium perchlorate（750 ∶250∶20）;flow rate： 1.0 mL/min;wavelength： 215 nm;temperature： room temperature.Results Through detection and analysis,it was found that oxymatrine had a good linear relationship with peak area within the range of 0.2-1.6 μg,and the average recovery rate reached 99.6%,RSD = 0.5%.Conclusion The HPLC method has a good application effect in the determination of oxymatrine content in Mongolian Medicine Four-Flavor Elecampane Powder,and this method is easily operated and highly accurate,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
