HPLC测定苗格郎洗剂中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立苗格郎洗剂中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZORBAX NH2(5μm,4.6×150mm),流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80:10:10),柱温25℃,检测波长220nm。结果:苦参碱在0.253—1.264mg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.13%,RSD为1.02%;氧化苦参碱在0.1424.0.9968μg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.05%,RSD为0.88%。结论:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量.方法简便、灵敏、准确.可用于苗格郎洗剂的质量控制。 Objective: To delvelop a method determining th content of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Miao Ge Long Lotion by RP - HPLC . Methods : The analysis was carried on a column of ZORBAX NH2 (5μm, 4. 6mm × 150 mm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-ethanol- 3% phosphoric acid (80: 10: 10) was detected wavelength at 220nm with flowing rate as 1.0ml. min -1. Results : The calibration curve of Matrine content was linear within range of 0. 253 - 1. 264 mg ( r = 0. 999 9 ), the average recovery of Matrine was 98.13% , RSD was 1.02 % ; the calibration curve of Oxymtrine content was linear within the range of 0. 1424 - 0. 9968 mg (r = 0. 999 9) , the average recovery of Oxymtrine 98.05 % , RSD was 0. 88 %. Conclusion : The method is simple, fast and accurate, it can increase the quality control index of Miao Ge Lang.
