摘要
目的观察研究透明质酸在预防剖宫产术后粘连及改善生存质量中的效果。方法将2011年12月-2012年10月的60例进行常规干预的剖宫产产妇选为对照组,同时将同一时期采用透明质酸进行干预的60例产妇选为观察组,然后将两组产妇术后的宫腔粘连和盆腔粘连发生率进行对比,并将两组产妇术前和术后不同时间段的盆腔VRS疼痛评分、WHO生存质量调查简表评估结果进行对比。结果观察组的宫腔粘连和盆腔粘连发生率较对照组低,而术后不同时间段的盆腔VRS疼痛评分、WHO生存质量调查简表评估结果也均高于对照组(均P<0.05),两组之间的比较指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论透明质酸在预防剖宫产术后粘连及改善生存质量中的效果相对较高,对剖宫产产妇中的应用价值较高。
Objective To observe and study the effect of hyaluronic acid in preventing the postpartum adhesion and improving the life quality of puerperants with caesarean section.Methods 60 puerperants with caesarean section and intervened with routine intervention from December 2011 to October 2012 were selected as control group,then 60 cas es intervened with hyaluronic acid at the same period were the observation group,then the pelvic adhesions and uter ine cavity adhesions rate of two groups were compared,and the pelvic VRS pain score and WHO life quality profile survey of two groups before the operation and at different time after the operation were compared too.Results The pelvic adhesions and uterine cavity adhesions rate of observation group were obviously lower than those of control group,pelvic VRS pain score and WHO life quality profile survey at different time after the operation were all better than those of control group at corresponding time（all P 0.05）,there were significant difference between those comparison items of two groups.Conclusion The effect of hyaluronic acid in preventing the postpartum adhesion and im proving the life quality of puerperants with caesarean section is relatively better,and its application value for the puerperants with caesarean section is higher.
