透明质酸在预防妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨透明质酸在妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连预防中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2010年8月~2012年5月的120例妇产科腹盆腔手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,观察组在对照组的基础上加用透明质酸进行术后粘连预防,统计分析两组患者的术后粘连发生率。结果:观察组中初次手术和再次手术患者的粘连发生率及重度粘连发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸在妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连预防中的临床效果明显,可显著降低粘连发生率。 Objective To study the hyaluronic acid in gynecology and obstetrics abdomen pelvic adhesion of postoperative prevention clinical effects. Methods 120 cases of gynecology and obstetrics abdomen pelvic surgery in our hospital from August 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given preventive treatment with HA based on the control group, then the rates of adhesions and severe adhesions of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The rates of adhesions and severe adhesions of first operation and reoperation of observation group were all lower than those of control group, two groups with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyaluronic acid in gynecology and obstetrics abdomen pelvic adhesion of postoperative prevention clinical effect is obvious, can significantly reduce occurrence rate.
