摘要
综合牛顿环干涉装置的几种变异结构 ,分析了各干涉结构的干涉条件 。
Several variant structures of interference apparatus of Newton′s rings are synthesized. The interference condition of each interference apparatus is analyzed respectively. And their united mathematic manifestation of law of distribution of their interference rings, is given.
