摘要
目的建立中药饮片续断中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法液相色谱法。色谱柱:InertsilRODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90);流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温:35℃;检测波长:240 nm。结果马钱苷在0.421 2～4.212μg范围内呈线性关系(r=1.000 0,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.6%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,结果可靠,可用于中药饮片续断中马钱苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of loganin in Radix Dipsaci decocting pieces. Methods HPLC meth od was performed with an Intertsil RODS column （4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm） at 35℃, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 （ 10：90 v/v） mixture. The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min-l. The loganin was detected at 240 nm. Results The linear range was between 0.421 2 x 4.212 μg,r= 1.000 0（n=6）.The average recovery and RSD were 98.9% ,1.6% ,respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the determination of loganin in Radix Dipsaci decocting pieces.
