摘要
讨论与分析了现行各种评标定标方法的特点与局限性,论述了主坐标法在评标定标中应用的可行性与优点,并在此基础上给出了主坐标法的算法模型和算例。
At first,the characteristics and the limitations of the existing bid evaluating and determining methods are discussed and analyzed.Then the feasibility and advantages of the application of main coordinate method to bid evaluating and determining are dwelled on.Finally,the calculating models and examples by using the main coordinate method are given.
