摘要
科技进步预警有助于深入认识科技发展的优势与不足,有效防范和控制科技进步发生警情.在科技进步综合评价基础上,构建了科技进步预警模型,并应用该模型对温州市2003-2009年科技进步状况进行了实证研究.
It is helpful to make use of technological progress warning to deeply understand the advantages and disadvantages of technological development,and to effectively take precautions against and control of situations caused by technological progress.Based on comprehensive evaluation of technological progress,a technological progress warning model was constructed.Then the empirical study was undertaken to analyze conditions of Wenzhou technological progress during the year 2003 to 2009 with the warning model.
