AnnThorac Surg, 2008, 85 （ 1 ） ： 231-235. 2证据水平3a。3背景肺癌是美国癌症相关性死亡的首要死因．约80％为非小细胞肺癌（non—smallcelllungcancer．NSCLC），其中超过50％的患者诊断时年龄大于60岁，30％至少70岁。而美国65岁以上老年人比例越来越高，提示老年肺癌患者只会越来越多。大宗病例分析提示切除范围和高龄是肺癌术后死亡的主要因素。
