miRNA-375在肝细胞肝癌中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)与各种疾病的关系、尤其是与肿瘤的关系成为近几年的研究热点.大量的实验表明,miRNAs及其调控在肿瘤形成中可能发挥着主导作用.肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是为数不多的发生率一直呈上升趋势的癌症之一,在癌症相关性死因排第2位[1].随着对miRNAs研究的深入,miR-375在肝细胞肝癌研究中有深入进展.本文就miR-375生物学功能及与肿瘤尤其是HCC的相关研究进展作一综述.
