渐尖毛蕨黄酮对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索渐尖毛蕨对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法:通过检测细胞存活率和检测细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)分泌量来评价渐尖毛蕨是否存在细胞毒性,通过检测细胞的油红O染色程度,LDH分泌量和细胞葡萄糖消耗来综合评价渐尖毛蕨给药对前脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响。结果:渐尖毛蕨给药组的细胞MTT值和LDH分泌值未有明显改变,而给药组油红染色程度和甘油三酯(TG)含量均显著性下降了,同时葡萄糖消耗明显上升。结论:渐尖毛蕨具有抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖与分化的活性。 OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Cyclosorus acuminatus on the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.METHODS The cytotoxicity of Cyclosorus acuminatus was detected by MTT and LDH methods.The proliferation and differentiation were measured by oil and red O staining,TG content and glucose taken were detected.RESULTS No cytoxicity was observed in this study.The content of oil and red O staining and TG of Cyclosorus acuminatus treated were significantly decreased while the glucose taken was obviously increased.CONCLUSION Cyclosorus acuminatus had the activity of inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.
