油墨粒子的不可逆再沉积对再生浆白度的影响 被引量:14

摘要 介绍了选用TMP和BKP加油墨在不同条件下在碎解机中进行模拟脱墨 ,然后将ONP/OMG在各种条件下进行碎解脱墨试验。纸浆经充分洗涤后测定其不可逆再沉积油墨粒子浓度并进行电镜观察。通过试验发现不可逆再沉积油墨粒子是在纤维细胞腔内壁 ,碎解时间是影响进入纤维细胞腔内并沉积在其表面的油墨粒子的数量及再生浆白度的主要因素 ,其它条件如温度、浆浓、转子转速和碎解浆贮存时间对再生浆的白度也有一定影响 ,但影响不是很大。因此 ,控制合适的碎解时间是至关重要的。 Simulated deinking test of TMP or BKP plus ink and different ONP/OMG furnishes deinking tests in pulper were introduced in this paper.The bound ERIC of hyperwashed pulp was determined. The location of irreversible adsorbed ink particles in fibre was examined by SEM.The results showed that the irreversible redeposited ink particles were in the fibre lumen surfaces and affected the brightness of recycled pulp.The recycling time was the main factor to affect the brightness .Other factors such as temperature,consistency,rotor speed,storage time of recycled pulp also affected the brightness,but they were not so important.
