摘要 介绍了水性油墨废纸浮选脱墨的研究进展。在酸性及碱性条件下水性油墨均能被有效地浮选出去,当水性油墨溶液中浆浓超过0.5%时浮选效率明显下降。水性油墨粒子易于沉积在纤维表面或细胞腔内,而且一旦油墨粒子沉积于细胞腔内便很难被去除,直径在0.5-3μm之间的水性油墨粒子再沉积于纤维表面或内部是导致白度降低的主要原因。酸性条件和双回路脱墨工艺可以提高水性油墨废纸的脱墨效率。 In this paper, the recent research progress of flotation deinking of water-based inks was introduced. The water-based inks were able to be effectively floated in acidic and alkaline conditions when the suspemion was free of fibers, but when the pulp consistency was higher than 0.5 %, it was failure in deinking. Carbon black particles had propemity to redeposit on the fiber surface or inside the fibers and those redeposited ink particles were very difficult to be dislodged. The redeposition of carbon black particles whose size ranged between 0.5μm and 3μm was the main reason for brightness loss. Acidic condition and two-stage deinking system were able to improve the deinkability of the newspapers printed with water-based ink.
