摘要
目的了解中学生群体的自尊水平及其与抑郁的关系。方法采用二维自尊量表(SLCS-R)和儿童抑郁量表(CDI)对516名中学生进行调查。结果中学生总体自尊水平呈正态分布,K-S检验的Z值为1.06(p>0.05);男、女生总体自尊水平差异有统计学意义(t=3.35,p<0.01);总体自尊水平的年级差异有统计学意义(F=4.73,p<0.01);自尊水平与抑郁呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.49,p<0.01)。结论中学男生的自尊水平显著高于女生;高一年级学生的自尊水平显著低于其他年级;抑郁水平与自尊具有相关性。提高中学生的自尊水平有利于预防抑郁症状的发生,对提高中学生心理健康水平有重大的意义。
Objective To have knowledge about the level of self-esteem in middle school students and its relationship with depression.Method A survey of 516middle school students was conducted using two-dimensional self-liking/self-competence scale revised version(SLCS-R)and children's depression inventory(CDI). Results Overall level of self-esteem in middle school students showed normal distribution and Z value in K-S test was 1.06(p0.05);differences in the overall self-esteem level of boys and girls were statistically significant(t=3.35,p0.01);differences of overall self-esteem level in students from different grades were statistically significant(F=4.73,p0.01);self-esteem level had a remarkably negative correlation with depression(r=0.49,p0.01).Conclusion Level of self-esteem in boys is obviously higher than girls;self-esteem level of students from Grade one students is obviously lower than that from other grades;depression level was correlated with self-esteem.Thus improving the self-esteem level of middle school students is to the benefit of preventing depression symptoms,which is of great significance in improving middle school students' mental health level.
