摘要
目的评价儿童抑郁量表(Children's Depression Inventory,CDI)在中国中学生中应用的可行性,为修订和制订适合于相应人群的测试量表提供参考。方法采取分阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,采用CDI量表中文版,对南京市13个区县56所学校168个班级的7 161名在校初一至高三中学生进行CDI量表信度、效度评价。结果 CDI总量表Cron-bach'sα系数为0.853,各分量表α系数介于0.348~0.669之间;分半信度为0.824。除条目"不顺从"以外,其余条目与总分的相关均在0.35以上(P<0.01)。经主成分分析,抽取出特征值大于1的因子共6个,累计贡献率为44.715%。进一步对抽出的6个因素进行二次因素分析,抽出特征值大于1的因子1个,特征值为2.783。CDI总分与亚洲青少年抑郁障碍量表(Asia Adolescents Depression Scale,AADS)总分的Pearson相关系数为0.728。结论 CDI量表具有较高的信度和效度,适合国内中学生抑郁症状的评定。但其中的人际问题分量表还需进行文化差异上的探索,并结合中国的文化背景进行修订。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of a Chinese version Children's Depression Inventory(CDI).Methods Classes(n=168) from 56 schools were randomly selected in thirteen administrative districts/counties by population-based cross sectional study.Totally,7 161 eligible participants were included in analyses.Depressive symptoms were measured using the 27-item CDI in order to analyze the reliability and validity.Results The reliability was estimated by internal consistency,the co-efficient of Cronbach' s α was 0.853 for the entire sample,which of negative mood,interpersonal problems,ineffectiveness,anhedonia,negative self-esteem for the 5 subscales of CDI were between 0.348 to 0.669.The coefficient of Split-half was 0.824.Principal components factor extraction was conducted with the eigenvalue of 1,and six factors were reported describing 44.715% of the total variance,deep factor analysis and one factor were gotten(the eigenvalue was 2.783).And item total-score correlation co-efficients(r),were all greater than 0.35(P0.01)except item 26.There was a strong correlation of scores between the CDI and the AADS.Conclusion CDI has high validity and reliability among Chinese high school students.However,interpersonal problem subscale of CDI is not good.It should be revised under Chinese culture.
