高浓度放射性物质持续泄漏不仅给日本国内,甚至给太平洋沿岸各国民众都带来了严重的心理恐惧。深圳出入境检验检疫局建立核辐射因子周报制度,标志着深圳地区核辐射因子应急监测工作进入了新阶段。深圳出入境检验检疫局全面梳理和总结核辐射超标船舶处置事件全过程,详实记录处置过程的每个细节,以便给深圳乃至全国各口岸发现、处置相似事件以借鉴,更好的提高口岸检疫把关的能力,更好的促进检验检疫事业的发展。
Objective High concentrative radioactive material leaking has brought serious psychological fear not only to Japan, but also to the people of the Pacific coast countries. Shenzhen CIQ brushes up and summarizes the details of dealing with nuclear radiation in vessels, so that it can provide some experience to other ports quarantine in and outside Shenzhen on the same matters. Methods Make records of the whole process in detail, and analyze the current law on dealing with nuclear radiation. Results The nuclear radiation has been handled legally and lawfully so as to secure the country frontier and peopleg health. Conclusion Summing up the experience of han- dling the nuclear radiation factors in vessels, is helpful to standardize the emergency response procedures, enhance the ability of port quarantine emergency response, and is better to promote the development of quarantine
