摘要
研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)对 10个烤烟品种种子的酯酶同工酶 (EST)进行了比较。各品种的EST酶谱可以相互区别。
Esterase isozyme(EST) of flue\|cured tobacco seeds from ten cultivars were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The EST electrophoretogram of each variety could be distinguished from the others. The results showed that PAGE\|gram of seed EST could be used for identifying flue\|cured tobacco cultivars.
