摘要
对烟草种子纯度鉴定的鉴定方法及其应用作了介绍,并分别讨论了各种方法的优缺点。分析了蛋白质、同工酶电泳和分子标记的生化水平和基因水平鉴定技术的重要性和可行性,为烟草种子纯度鉴定指出了新的方向。
This paper introduced the identification methods and their applications in identifying the varietal purity of tobacco seed, and discussed the pros and cons of each of these methods. It also analyzed the importance and feasibility of bio-tech identifying methods such as protein and isozyme electophoresis and molecular markers, etc. It outlined the prospects for the future development of tobacco varietal purity identification.
