介绍了二炉一塔、一炉一塔、无旁路烟塔合一配置方式脱硫工艺烟气系统的布置的特点、运行操作控制要点和注意事项,并对三种配置方式常见故障的原因进行了分析。阐述了无旁路"烟塔合一"技术对电除尘器运行、脱硫运行、汽机循环水品质的影响。
This paper describes the flue gas desulfurization system in terms of its layout, operation principles and pre- cautions for the different boiler-tower configurations, including two boilers with one tower, one boiler with one absorp- tion tower, no bypass combining stack and cooling tower, as well as analyzes the causes of common faults in the three configurations. Then it elaborates the impacts of no bypass "combining stack and cooling tower" technology on elec- trostatic precipitator(ESP) operation, desulfurization and turbine circulation water quality.
