摘要 指出由于在变电站建设过程中一般都是按照专业来划分,其二次系统大多存在着功能、设备上的重复配置问题,导致二次设备屏位数量较多,占地面积过大。从整个变电站层面上统筹考虑,阐述了智能变电站应用的关键技术研究与主要问题,介绍了对智能变电站高级应用功能进行的研究,有助于形成完整意义的智能化变电站功能建设的模式。 With the development of the power grid, there are more and more Substations. In construction process of the substation, different major has different work, so the secondary systems in the substation may configure the func- tion and equipments repeatedly, and have many panels to tie up a lot of area. This paper considers the whole substa- tion comprehensively and integrates the substation secondary system. It will reduce the secondary equipments configu- ration, make the cross function among different majors clear, and know the interactive main thread of information flow in the secondary system. So that, we can operate, maintain and manage the substations better. The paper will lay a solid foundation to construct the complete smart substations.
