摘要 提出了智能变电站二次系统设计方法,该方法以电力设计单位的绘图软件为平台,以一次系统电网模型和二次装置ICD文件为初始设计信息。设计人员在一次系统模型上进行二次装置的配置,进行虚端子连接,生成可视化的虚拟二次回路、网络物理接线和功能互操作图,用来描述智能变电站二次系统的配置和结构,并自动生成SCD文件和CID描述文件。该方法提供了智能变电站二次系统设计的可视化手段,利于变电站二次系统集成工作的规范化和标准化,也利于智能变电站安装调试、扩建、改造以及设备的更新。 A design method for the secondary system in smart substations is proposed, which takes the graphics software of power design institutes as a platform. The model of primary systems and ICD files of secondary devices are used as initial design information. Designers configure secondary devices and connect virtual terminals on model of primary systems. Then visual virtual secondary circuits, network physical wiring and functional interoperation plans are generated to describe the configuration and structure of secondary system in smart substations. At the same time, SCD files and CID files will be generated automatically. The proposed method provides visual means to secondary system design in smart substations, which is good for standardized and normalized integration work of secondary systems in substations as well as for installation, adjustment, extension, reconstruction and update of devices in smart substations.
