摘要
随着从计划经济到市场经济的体制转型 ,城市土地资源配置中市场需求因素越来越显突。需求前景的不确定性已经成为城市发展战略的一个重要议题。以珠海为实证 ,在分析城市用地变化状况及其成因机制的基础上 ,着重讨论市场经济中需求不确定条件下的城市土地资源配置策略 ,试图为新一轮的城市发展战略提供思考依据。
Along with the shift of the economic system from the planned one into the market, the demand of market has become an increasingly important factor in the allocation of the urban land resources, and the uncertain of this demand an essential topic for the study of the urban development strategy. With Zhuhai as a case, this paper discusses the policy to deal with this issue; hopefully it is of reference to the new round of the urban development strategy.
