摘要
针对双馈电机起动控制技术的特殊性,提出了一种新的双馈电机起动控制方法。该方法利用检测电路监测双馈电机起动过程中的转子电压,通过对变频器瞬态输出特性的控制来实现从异步模式到双馈模式的平稳过渡。在此基础上,搭建了基于PLC与通用变频器的控制平台,进行了相关的实验研究。理论分析和实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法是可行的,适用于双馈电机起动与控制,具有较大的实用价值。
According to the doubly-fed motor starting control technology specialty, this paper proposes a new doubly-fed motor starting control method. Using detection circuit to monitor rotor voltage of doubly-fed motor in starting process, this method realize the smooth transition from the asynchronous mode to doubly-fed model by controlling the transient output of inverter. On this basis, built control platform based on PLC and general converter, study the related experiment. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed control method is feasible, and suitable for doubly-fed motor starting control process, so it has great practical value.
