摘要
尖锐湿疣是由人类乳头瘤病毒引起的增生性皮肤疾病,在我国性传播疾病中发病率已跃居第2位。经系统规范治疗后,其表面疣体可成功祛除,但临床上面临的难点是该病复发率过高,反复发作可引发鳞状细胞癌等严重后果。该文以近年来尖锐湿疣复发防治为基本点,从综合治疗的角度阐述预防尖锐湿疣复发的最新进展,并对该病复发的机制及相关因素进行探讨,期望为预防该病复发的研究提供新的思路。
Condylnma acuminatum is a hyperplastic skin disease caused by the human papilloma virus, ranked 2^nd in the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases in our country. After the standard systematic treatment, the surface wart body can be eliminated successfully, however the difficulties of the disease is high recurrence rate, repeated attacks can cause serious consequences such as squamous cell carcinoma. Here is to start from the eondyloma acuminatum relapse prevention and control as basic points, make a review on the recent progress of prevention of condyloma acuminatum recurrence from the perspective of comprehensive treatment, and discuss the mechanism of the disease recurrence and related factors, expecting to provide new ideas for the orevention of the recurrence.
