摘要
目的观察木香汤局部熏洗对预防尖锐湿疣复发的临床效果。方法将99例入选患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组48例,两组患者均采用CO2激光一次性祛除全部疣体,治疗组于激光治疗后每日采用木香汤熏洗2次,共2周,对照组仅用碘伏消毒创面至创面愈合。两组患者均每周复诊1次,观察记录创面愈合及疣体复发情况,共观察12周,按痊愈和复发二级来判断疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为84.31%(43/51),复发率为15.69%(8/51),对照组痊愈率为66.67%(32/48),复发率为33.33%(16/48),两组比较差异有统计学意义(2χ=4.19,P<0.05)。结论木香汤局部熏洗具有较好的抗炎、抗病毒作用,对于CO2激光治疗后的尖锐湿疣患者可明显降低其复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of preventing condyloma acuminatum（CA） recurrence of treatment of CA by steam and washing locally with Muxiang soup. Methods 99 patients with CA were randomized divided into treatment group and control group,with 51 and 48 cases respectively. All wart bodies were removed with carbon dioxide laser once in two groups, steam and washing locally with Muxiang soup two time a day for two weeks in treatment group, and sterilizing with Iodophors in control group. The follow-up examination was performed one time every two weeks for 12 weeks. Results Following 12 weeks, the cure rate and relapse rate were 84.31% （43/51） and 15.69% （8/51） in treatment group and 66.67% （32/48） and 33.33% （16/48） in control group, with significant difference between the two groups （X^2 = 4.19, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Steam and washing locally with Muxiang soup can perform effective antiinilammatory and antlvirus and relapse rate of CA after laser therapy is cut down obviously.
