摘要
目的探讨硬膜外导管在外伤性下泪小管断裂吻合术中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析外伤性下泪小管断裂患者6例，对新鲜下泪小管断裂患者行Ⅰ期吻合术，术后留置硬膜外导管8～12周，观察4～12个月，评价其泪道通畅的情况。结果共治愈5例，好转1例，疗效显著。结论采用硬膜外导管留置治疗下泪小管断裂，术后疗效好，并发症少，操作简便，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of epidural guiding tube on the treatment of trau- matic inferior of inferior lacrimal duct. Methods Six patients were retrospectively analyzed with traumatic lac- rimal tubular break. All cases with the fresh tears tubular break were performed the nasolacrimal anastomosis primarily with postoperative placing epidural catheters for 8 to 12 weeks. The observation was performed for 4 to 12 months and irrigation of lacrimal passage were evaluated. Results Of 6 cases, 5 were cured and 1 was ef- fective. Conclusion The application of epidural catheters on the treatment of traumatic inferior of inferior lac- rimal duct is effective with simple operation and few complications. It is worth for clinic application.
