摘要
目的利用64层螺旋cT分别测量正常时鼻泪管的管径和骨折时的管径,并进行比较分析,观察管径是否有变化及其变化与骨折的相关性,提高影像诊断的准确率。方法对37例(74侧)成人、13例(26侧)儿童鼻泪管区进行容积扫描,并分为成人组、儿童组;男性组、女性组;正常组和骨折组。在其薄层MPR重组图像上测量鼻泪管上、中、下各部分径线。结果正常时所有测量数据左右间差异无统计学意义;男女间测量数据差异,部分具有统计学意义。成人男性鼻泪管骨折时与正常时各部分径线差异有统计学意义。骨折时两侧测量数据差异有统计学意义。女性、儿童鼻泪管各部分径线骨折时与正常时差异无统计学意义。结论64层螺旋CT薄层MPR图像是确诊鼻泪管骨折简易可靠的影像学方法。
Objective To measure nasolacrimal duct diameter both in normal and fractures using 64- slice CT and comparison analysis between them was performed to increase the accuracy of imaging diagnosis. Methods Volume scan of nasolacrimal duct from 37 adults (74 sides) and 13 children (26 sides) was performed. The results were divided into groups of adult and child; male and female; normal and fractured. The nasolaerimal duct diameters on the thin MPR images were measured. Results All measurement data between left and right had no statistically significant difference in normal group. There were some statistical differences between male and female groups. There were statistically significant differences between normal and fractured groups. There were no statistically significant differences under normal and fracture in female and child groups. Condusion The thin MPR image of 64-slice CT is confirmed as a simple and reliable method to diagnose the fracture of nasolacrimal duct.
