The Influence on Track Vertical Deformation and Stress State Caused by Seamed Mortar Layer in the Middle of CRTS-ⅠTrack Slab

摘要 以CRTSⅠ型轨道板中部砂浆离缝为研究内容,采用有限单元法,建立该型轨道结构的弹性地基梁-板模型,分析不同长度和高度的离缝对轨道竖向位移及应力变化情况,结果表明:离缝长度变化较高度变化对轨道结构的竖向变形及应力影响要大;离缝长度在1个扣件间距(0.6 m)范围内时,长度一定,高度的变化对轨道结构的变形及受力几乎没有影响;离缝长度不大于1 m时,高度大于0.42 mm后,离缝区域轨道板处于完全脱空状态。建议在对板中离缝进行养护维修时,应将防止离缝长度的发展作为主要工作,并将轨道板应力作为衡量离缝对轨道板影响的主要指标。 The seam between the track slab of CRTS-I and CA mortar was taken as the research object. By means of the finite element method, the beam-shell model on elastic foundation of the track structure was established to analyze the vertical displacements and stress variations which could be caused by the seams of different lengths and heights. The result indicates that the influence of seam length is stronger than that of seam height on the vertical deformation and stress state of the track. And then, when the seam length is smaller than or equal to one fastener interval (0.6m) , with the unchanged seam length, the change of the seam height almost has no effect on the deformation and stress state of track structure. Besides, with the seam length not more than 1 m and the seam height more than 0.42m, the track slab in the seamed region has been completely in a void state. Finally, it is suggested that preventing the development of seam length should be considered as the main task while maintaining the seam in the middle of track slab, and the stress state of track slab should be regarded as the main index to evaluate the effect of the seam on track slab.
