摘要
【目的】在大棚梨园铺设银色反光膜,研究了反光膜对‘翠冠’梨树叶片光合作用、果实可溶性糖积累的影响,为改善大棚梨光照条件和提高果实含糖量的技术提供科学依据。【方法】以10 a生大棚‘翠冠’梨为试材,沿树行铺设银色反光膜,以不铺膜为对照,测定了叶片净光合速率、果实单果质量、果实糖含量和与蔗糖代谢相关酶活性。【结果】铺膜处理可显著增加树冠下部叶片的净光合速率,而对上部叶无显著影响。铺膜处理可以显著增加果实单果质量,对果实4种可溶性糖和总糖,尤其是蔗糖含量的提高具有一定的作用。检测了参与蔗糖代谢的5种酶,铺银色反光膜后蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)的活性高于对照,而中性转化酶(NI)活性明显低于对照。【结论】铺设反光膜可以提高果实单果质量,促进果实糖积累。
[Objective]The effects of covering orchard floors with silvery reflective film (RF)in plastic tun- nels on photosynthesis and fruit sugar accumulation of ' Cuiguan' pear were studied to provide a scientific basis for improving light conditions and sugar contents of pear fruit in plastic tunnels. [Method]Silvery RF was laid along the tree line of 10-year-old 'Cuiguan' pears in plastic tunnels, using trees without silvery reflective film as controls. Net photosynthetic rate, fruit weight, fruit sugar accumulation and changes of sucrose-metabolizing enzyme activities were examined. [Result]The treatment of silvery RF significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves in lower portion of the canopy, but had little effect on the leaves in the upper. The average fruit weight of ' Cuiguan' pear with RF was significantly higher than that of control at fruit maturity. The content of soluble sugar, especially sucrose in fruit was increased to some extents under the RF treatment. Among the five sucrose-metabolizing enzymes, the sucrose phos- phate (SPS) activity in ' Cuiguan' pears with RFs were higher than that of control. However, the neutral invertase (NI) activity was lower than that of control. [Conclusion]The fruit weight and the content of solu- ble sugar were increased after covering silvery RF in plastic tunnels.
