摘要
利用响应面法研究了米糠油甲醇萃取脱酸的工艺条件。在单因素实验基础上根据中心复合实验设计原理,采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,以米糠油中游离脂肪酸(FFA)脱除率为响应值,分析各因素的显著性和交互作用,得出最优工艺条件为:萃取次数3次,料溶比1∶2.5,萃取时间20 min,萃取温度30℃。在最优条件下,甲醇萃取脱酸后米糠油中FFA脱除率达到90.95%,脱酸后米糠油中谷维素含量为1.69%。
The deacidification conditions of rice bran oil with methanol extraction were optimized by re- sponse surface methodology. On the basis of single factor experiment, four factors and three levels were selected with FFA removal rate of rice bran oil as response value according to the principle of central composite design. The optimal deacidification conditions were determined as follows:ratio of oil to solvent 1: 2.5 ,extraction time 20 min,extraction temperature 30℃ and extraction times three. Under these conditions, the removal rate of FFA could reach 90. 95%, and the content of oryzanol in rice bran oil after deacidification was 1.69%.
