摘要
用脉宽为130 fs的激光脉冲在800 nm波长下通过Z-scan技术和泵浦探测研究了金属酞菁ZnPc(OBu)6(NCS)的非线性光学特性。结果表明ZnPc(OBu)6(NCS)在800 nm波长下表现为自聚焦效应和饱和吸收特性,通过三能级模型拟合实验结果得到了其非线性折射系数约为1.40×10-19m2.W-1,基态吸收截面为1.15×10-20m2以及低激发态吸收截面为1.05×10-20m2。样品ZnPc(OBu)6(NCS)的低激发态和高激发态上粒子的寿命分别为几皮秒和850 fs。表明金属酞菁ZnPc(OBu)6(NCS)是一种比较好的非线性光学材料。
The nonlinear optical properties of phthalocyanine ZnPc (OBu) 6 (NCS) are investigated using Z-scan and pump-probe technique with 130 fs pulses at 800 nm wavelength. The experimental results show that ZnPc (OBu)6 (NCS) has self-focusing effect and saturated absorption effect. Using three-energy level model, the nonlinear refractive index is obtained 1.40 × 10^-19 m^2 . W-1, ground state and low excited state absorption cross section are 1.15 × 10^-20 and 1.05 × 10^-20 m^2, respectively. The lifetimes of panicles on low excited state and high excited state are several picoseconds and 850 fs, respectively. These investigated results demonstrate that the phthalocya- nine ZnPc (OBu) 6 (NCS) is a good nonlinear optical material.
