摘要
本文在论述粘着信息理论及其知识形态基础上,分析了粘着信息在图书馆管理创新中的功能,分别从数字图书馆知识管理业务模式、组织结构、组织文化与组织学习层面对粘着信息理论在图书馆建设中的实际应用进行了探讨。
Based on the discussion of sticky information theory and its knowledge status, this paper analyzed the function of sticky information in the innovation of library management, and discussed the application of sticky information in the construction of library from several aspects as follows： digital library＇s knowledge management patterns, organizational structure, organizational culture and organizational learning.
